Paolo Garlasco

Paolo received his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Turin, Italy, and his double Master's degree in Cognitive Science/Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Milan, Italy and Maastricht University, The Netherlands. He joined SISSA in november 2013 as a PhD candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience. His current interests involve the investigation of the framing effect on food choice and the neural correlates of risk perception and reward. He uses a multidimensional approach involving cross-modal stimulations (i.e., visual-olfactive), physiological measures and funtional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
