Miriam Vignando

Miriam is a student under the supervision of Raffaella Rumiati since 2014. Her current research involves the investigation of lexical-semantic knowledge and its degeneration in neurodegenerative disorders (patients with Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, and primary progressive aphasia), in healthy aging and in extreme aging (centenarians), using structural and functional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging and tractography. Miriam is from Italy and graduated with an M.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Turin in 2013.
