I joined SISSA in 2022 as a PhD student in Cognitive Neuroscience. My research applies tools from theoretical physics to study models of memory retrieval and spontaneous cognition. I’m particularly interested in the dynamics of mind-wandering and mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, and the topology of semantic associations. Outside science, I enjoy chess, dancing, poetry, sculpting, and music mixing---and spending non-dual time with trees and sun, doing nothing in particular.
